Conn. Practice Book § 23-16 (2026)

Sec. 23-16. Foreclosure of Mortgages At the time the plaintiff files a motion for judgment of foreclosure, the plaintiff shall serve on each appearing defendant, in accordance with Sections 10-12 through 10-17, a copy of the appraisal report of the property being foreclosed. The motion for judgment shall contain a certification that such service was made. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 526.)
