Sec. 23-55. —Hearing in Fact-Finding In matters submitted to fact-finding, a record shall be made of the proceedings and the Con- necticut Code of Evidence shall apply. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 546F.) (Amended June 26, 2020, to take effect Jan. 1, 2021.)
