Conn. Practice Book § 23-64 (2026)

Sec. 23-64. —Decision of Arbitrator (a) The arbitrator shall state in writing the decision on the issues in the case and the factual basis of the decision. The arbitrator shall include in the decision the number of days on which hearings concerning that case were held. (b) Within 120 days of the completion of the arbitration hearing the arbitrator shall file the decision with the clerk of the court together with sufficient copies for all counsel.
