Sec. 25-37. —Notice and Hearing Upon presentation of such motion to the judicial authority it shall fix a time for hearing the same and make an order of notice, by personal service if the adverse party is within the state and that party’s place of residence is known, otherwise in such manner as it shall deem reasonable.
