Sec. 25-52. Failure To Appear for Sched- uled Disposition If a party fails to appear in person or by counsel for a scheduled disposition, the opposing party may introduce evidence and the case may pro- ceed to judgment without further notice to such party who failed to appear. (P.B. 1998.)
