Sec. 30-11. Detention after Dispositional Hearing While awaiting implementation of the judicial authority’s order in a delinquency case, a child or youth may be held in a juvenile residential center subsequent to the dispositional hearing, provided a hearing to review the circumstances and condi- tions of such detention order shall be conducted every seven days and such hearing may not be waived.
