Sec. 30-3. Advisement of Rights Upon admission to a juvenile residential center, the child or youth shall be advised of the right to remain silent and the right to counsel and be fur- ther advised of the right to a detention hearing in accordance with Sections 30-5 through 30-8, which hearing may be waived only with the written consent of the child or youth and the child’s or youth’s attorney.
