Sec. 31a-2 authority shall order that a bill of particulars dis- close information sufficient to enable the child or youth to prepare the defense, including but not being limited to reasonable notice of the offense charged and the date, time and place of its com- mission. When any bill of particulars is ordered, an amended or substitute information, if necessary, shall be filed incorporating its provisions. (Adopted June 24, 2002, to take effect Jan. 1, 2003.)
