Sec. 31a-6. Motion for Transfer of Venue The child or youth or juvenile prosecutor may file a motion, or the judicial authority may order at any time, that a juvenile matter be transferred to a different venue in accordance with Sections 41-23 and 41-25 of the rules of procedure in crimi- nal matters.
