Sec. 34a-11. Waiver Based on Certain Grounds Any claim of lack of jurisdiction over the person, insufficiency of process, or insufficiency of service of process is waived if not raised by a motion to dismiss filed in the sequence provided in Sections 34a-6 and 34a-7 and within the time provided by Section 34a-9.
