Conn. Practice Book § 34a-13 (2026)

Sec. 34a-13. Further Pleading by Respon- dent or Child or Youth (Amended June 14, 2024, to take effect Jan. 1, 2025.) If a motion to dismiss is denied with respect to any jurisdictional issue, the respondent or child or youth may plead further without waiving the right to contest jurisdiction further. (Adopted June 24, 2002, to take effect Jan. 1, 2003; amended June 14, 2024, to take effect Jan. 1, 2025.)
