Conn. Practice Book § 34a-13 (2026)

Sec. 34a-13. Further Pleading by Respondent or Child or Youth (Amended June 14, 2024, to take effect Jan. 1, 2025.) If a motion to dismiss is denied with respect to any jurisdictional issue, the respondent or child or youth may plead further without waiving the right to contest jurisdiction further.
