Conn. Practice Book § 34a-3 (2026)

Sec. 34a-3. Short Calendar—Assignments Automatic Matters to be placed on the short calendar shall be assigned automatically by the clerk. No such matters shall be so assigned unless filed at least five days before the opening of court on the short calendar day, unless for good cause shown. (Adopted June 24, 2002, to take effect Jan. 1, 2003.)
