Conn. Practice Book § 34a-9 (2026)

Sec. 34a-9. Motion To Dismiss Any respondent or child or youth, wishing to contest the court’s jurisdiction, may do so even after having entered a general appearance, but must do so by filing a motion to dismiss within fifteen days of the plea date stated on the petition.
