Sec. 34a-9. Motion To Dismiss Any respondent or child or youth, wishing to contest the court’s jurisdiction, may do so even after having entered a general appearance, but must do so by filing a motion to dismiss within fifteen days of the plea date stated on the petition. (Adopted June 24, 2002, to take effect Jan. 1, 2003; amended June 14, 2024, to take effect Jan. 1, 2025.)
