Sec. 36-10. —Failure To Respond to Summons Upon the failure of the officer to make due return of a summons within two weeks of its issuance, or upon the failure of the accused to respond to the summons, the prosecuting authority may apply for the arrest of the accused. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 603.)
