Conn. Practice Book § 36-15 (2026)

Sec. 36-15. —Filing and Availability of Information The information or complaint shall be filed with the clerk and be available for inspection by the defendant or counsel for the defendant. Upon written request, a copy thereof shall be furnished without charge to the defendant or counsel for the defendant. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 620.)
