Sec. 36-16. Amendments; Minor Defects The judicial authority may order at any time such relief as is required to remedy any defect, imperfection or omission in the information or complaint, including the following: (1) Any matter of form; (2) Any miswriting, misspelling, or improper English; (3) Any misuse of a sign, symbol, figure, or abbreviation; or (4) Any omission of the true name or any mis- spelling of the name of the defendant.
