Sec. 37-10. —Taking of Plea when Information in Two Parts Where the information is in two parts pursuant to Section 36-14 and alleges, in addition to the principal offense charged, a former conviction or convictions, the plea and the election of a method of trial shall first be taken only on the first part of the information.
