Sec. 38-11. Request for Judicial Determina- tion of Release Upon written motion of the defendant or the prosecuting authority, the judicial authority shall state on the record its reasons for imposing the particular conditions of release which were estab- lished. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 668.)
