Conn. Practice Book § 39-8 (2026)

Sec. 39-8. —Sentencing after Acceptance of Plea Agreement If the judicial authority accepts the plea agreement, it shall embody in the judgment and the sentence the disposition provided for in the plea agreement or another disposition more favorable to the defendant than that provided for in the plea agreement.
