Sec. 4-3. Filing and Endorsing Pleadings All pleadings, written motions, and papers in pending cases shall be filed with and kept by the clerk of the court, who shall endorse upon each the time when it is filed, and make a like entry upon the clerk’s docket and the file. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 127.)
