Sec. 40-23. —Continuing Duty of Parties To Disclose regarding Alibi Defense If prior to or during the trial, a party learns of an additional witness whose identity, if known, should havebeenincludedintheinformationfurnishedunder Section 40-21 or 40-22, the party shall promptly notify the other party or his or her counsel of the existence and identity of such additional witness.
