Sec. 40-30. Admissibility at Time of Trial The fact that the defendant has indicated an intent to offer a matter in evidence or to call a person as a witness pursuant to Sections 40-17 through 40-31 is not admissible in evidence at the defendant’s trial. Information obtained by the prosecuting authority pursuant to Sections 40- 17 through 40-31 shall be used only for the cross- examination or rebuttal of defense testimony except with permission of the judicial authority for good cause shown.
