Sec. 40-35 be held in contempt of court by failing to appear and participate in the procedure as directed. It may also direct the defendant not to alter substan- tially any identifying physical characteristics to be examined or to destroy any evidence sought. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 779.)
