Sec. 40-41. —Grounds for Protective Order In deciding the motion for a protective order the judicial authority may consider the following: (1) The timeliness of the motion; (2) The protection of witnesses and others from physical harm, threats of harm, bribes, economic reprisals and other intimidation; (3) The maintenance of secrecy regarding informants as required for effective investigation of criminal activity; (4) The protection of confidential relationships, privileges and communications recognized by law; and (5) Any other relevant considerations.
