Sec. 40-57. —Taking and Use in Court of Deposition by Agreement Nothing in Sections 40-44 through 40-58 precludes the taking of a deposition, orally or upon written interrogatories, or the use of a deposition by agreement of the parties with the consent of the judicial authority.
