Sec. 41-15. —Time for Filing Motion To Suppress A motion under Sections 41-12 through 41-17 shall be made before trial or hearing in accord- ance with Section 41-5 unless opportunity therefor did not exist or the defendant or other moving party was not aware of the grounds of the motion, in which case such motion may be made at any time during the trial or the pendency of any pro- ceeding. The judicial authority in its discretion may entertain such a motion at any time. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 824.)
