Conn. Practice Book § 41-16 (2026)

Sec. 41-16. —Effect on Seized Property of Granting Motion If the judicial authority grants a motion made under Sections 41-12 through 41-17, the property seized shall be returned unless the judicial authority finds that the property is subject to lawful detention or destruction.
