Conn. Practice Book § 42-19 (2026)

Sec. 42-19. —Charge Conference After the close of evidence but before arguments to the jury, the judicial authority shall, if requested, inform counsel out of the presence of the jury of the substance of its proposed instructions. The charge conference shall be on the record or summarized on the record. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 854A.) (Amended June 25, 2001, to take effect Jan. 1, 2002.)
