Sec. 43-27. —Hearing on Sentence Review Application A hearing upon an application filed under Sec- tion 43-24 shall be conducted expeditiously upon receipt by the review division of the materials sub- mitted by the clerk under Sections 43-23 through 43-28. The parties may file such briefs or memo- randa as are appropriate to assist the division in the discharge of its duties.
