Sec. 43-32. Stay of Probation upon Appeal Upon written motion of the defendant, an order placing the defendant on probation may be stayed if an appeal is taken. If it is not stayed, the judicial authority shall specify when the term of probation shall commence. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 948.)
