Sec. 44-26. —Pleas of Not Guilty to Infrac- tion or Violation Pleas of not guilty for infractions and for viola- tions which are payable by mail pursuant to statute may be accepted only at the centralized infrac- tions bureau and at those locations authorized by the General Statutes.
