Sec. 5-7. Marking Exhibits Unless otherwise ordered by the judicial author- ity, the clerk shall mark all exhibits not marked in advance of trial and shall keep a list of all exhibits marked for identification or received in evidence during the course of the trial. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 291.)
