Conn. Practice Book § 60-6 (2026)

Sec. 60-6. Appellate Jurists Sitting as Superior Court Judges Without the permission of the chief justice, the justices of the Supreme Court and the judges of the Appellate Court will not, as judges of the Superior Court, in vacation, or when the Superior Court is not in session, pass orders which may be the subject of an appeal, unless it appears that there is a necessity for prompt action, and that no other judges having jurisdiction over the matter can conveniently act.
