Sec. 7-20. Records of Short Calendar Matters The clerk shall keep a record of all matters assigned for hearing on the civil short calendar together with the disposition made of them. Such records shall be retained for such period and in such format as determined by the chief court administrator. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 397A.) (Amended June 30, 2008, to take effect Jan. 1, 2009.)
