Sec. 7-5. Notice To Attorneys and Self-Rep- resented Parties The clerk shall give notice, by mail or by elec- tronic delivery, to the attorneys of record and self- represented parties unless otherwise provided by statute or these rules, of all judgments, nonsuits, defaults, decisions, orders and rulings unless made in their presence. The clerk shall record in the court file the date of the issuance of the notice. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 398.) (Amended June 20, 2011, to take effect Jan. 1, 2012.)
