Sec. 7-9. Completing Records The clerk may, when so directed by a judicial authority, make up, amend and complete any imperfect or unfinished record in such manner as the judicial authority may direct. (See General Statutes § 51-52a (b).) (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 403.)
