Sec. 74-2A. Referral to Supreme Court by Judicial Review Council Following Recom- mendation of Suspension or Removal [Transferred from Sec. 74-7 as of Jan. 1, 2016.] (Amended Sept. 16, 2015, to take effect Jan. 1, 2016.) 503 Initiation of Action by Supreme Court (Transferred 74-3A. from Sec. 74-8) 74-4. Initiation of Action by Supreme Court (Transferred to Sec. 74-3A) If the Judicial Review Council recommends sus- pension for more than one year or removal from office, the council shall, at the expiration of the time to appeal, forward to the appellate clerk a certified copy of its decision together with those parts of the record and transcript as it deems necessary for a proper consideration of its recom- mendation. The appellate clerk shall assign a docket num- ber and notify the court of the matter. The court shall, as soon as practicable, review the filed doc- uments and render a decision on the recommen- dation of the council. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 4156.)
