Sec. 76-2. Filing Appeal The appeal shall be filed with the appellate clerk in accordance with the provisions of Section 63- 3. The appellant shall deliver a copy of the appeal form to each party of record in accordance with the provisions of Section 62-7 and to the board or the administrative law judge, as appropriate. The appellate clerk shall deliver a copy of the appeal form to the board or the administrative law judge, as appropriate, and to each appearing party. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 4165.1.)
