Conn. Practice Book § 76-5A (2026)

Sec. 76-5A. Procedure upon Acceptance of Reservation Within twenty days of issuance of the notice of an order of preliminary acceptance, the appellant shall file an appeal in accordance with Section 507 63-3 and Section 76-4. Any reservation under this rule may be transferred to the Supreme Court on its own motion pursuant to General Statutes § 51- 199 (c) or on the motion of any party pursuant to Section 65-2.
