Sec. 76-6. Definitions With regard to appeals from the board or the administrative law judge, references in the Rules of Appellate Procedure to trial court or trial judge shall, where applicable, be deemed to mean the individuals who comprised the board which ren- dered the decision from which the appeal was filed, or the administrative law judge, as appro- priate.
