Sec. 79a-13. Hearings; Confidentiality (a) For the purpose of maintaining confidential- ity, upon the hearing of an appeal from a child protection matter, the court may exclude any per- son from the court whose presence is unnec- essary. (b) All proceedings shall be conducted in a man- ner that will preserve the anonymity of the child.
