Sec. 79a-13. Hearings; Confidentiality (a) For the purpose of maintaining confidentiality, upon the hearing of an appeal from a child protection matter, the court may exclude any person from the court whose presence is unnecessary. (b) All proceedings shall be conducted in a manner that will preserve the anonymity of the child.
