Conn. Practice Book § 79a-15 (2026)

Sec. 79a-15. Applicability of Rules The rules governing other appeals shall, so far as applicable, and to the extent they have not been modified by this chapter, be the rules for all proceedings in child protection appeals. (Adopted Nov. 17, 2011, to take effect Feb. 1, 2012.)
