Sec. 79a-7. Motions for Extension of Time Motions for extension of time filed in the Appel- late Court shall be filed in accordance with Section 66-1 and, if filed, shall be presented to a judge of the Appellate Court for determination. Such motions may be granted only for good cause shown. (Adopted Nov. 17, 2011, to take effect Feb. 1, 2012.)
