Sec. 79a-8. Docketing Child Protection Appeals for Assignment The Supreme Court and Appellate Court may assign child protection matters without the case appearing on the docket. See Sections 69-1 and 69-2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 69- 3, child protection appeals shall ordinarily take precedence for assignment for oral argument. (Adopted Nov. 17, 2011, to take effect Feb. 1, 2012; amended Sept. 16, 2015, to take effect Jan. 1, 2016.)
