Sec. 8-12. Renewal of Bond Bonds given in the course of any judicial pro- ceedings may, for reasonable cause and upon due notice, be renewed, or other bonds taken in lieu of them, by the judicial authority. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 60.) (Amended June 24, 2016, to take effect Jan. 1, 2017.)
