Sec. 8-12. Renewal of Bond Bonds given in the course of any judicial proceedings may, for reasonable cause and upon due notice, be renewed, or other bonds taken in lieu of them, by the judicial authority. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 60.) (Amended June 24, 2016, to take effect Jan. 1, 2017.)
