Sec. 82-7. Opinion Upon publication thereof, the written opinion of the Supreme Court in response to the question or questions certified shall be sent by the appellate clerk to the certifying court. Unless otherwise ordered by the Supreme Court, official notification to counsel of record shall be the publication of the opinion in the Connecticut Law Journal. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 4174.)
