Rule 17. Opinions and orders. (a) Final decisions. —All decisions finally determining or terminating a case shall be made by written opinion, or by written order, as determined by the Court. (b) Filing. —Each written opinion or order of the Court shall be filed with the Clerk. (c) Special contents. —Each written opinion or order of the Court shall bear 2 dates immediately under the caption of the case: (i) Submitted date. —The date of submission of the matter for decision; and (ii) Decided date. —The date the opinion or order is filed. Each written opinion of the Court, in a matter which was orally argued, shall identify by name the attorneys who presented the oral argument.
