Rule 84. Code of Judicial Conduct. The conduct of all judges of the courts of this State, both constitutional and statutory, shall be governed by The Delaware Judges’ Code of Judicial Conduct promulgated by order of the Court dated December 16, 1993, and as thereafter amended.
