Rule 123. Exceptions to an Account Exceptions to the account of a guardian of the property or trustee shall be in writing and shall be filed in the office of the Register in Chancery. Upon the filing of such exceptions, the Register in Chancery shall forthwith mail to the guardian of the property or trustee notice thereof in writing. The Court will hear exceptions after the expiration of 30 days from the time such notice is sent. For good cause the Court may grant extensions to the period for filing exceptions to an account.
