Rule 152. Depository for Receivership Money The receiver shall deposit in a banking institution in the State of Delaware in a special account in the receiver’s name all moneys of the corporation that may come into the receiver’s hands. Immediately upon making the first deposit therein, the receiver shall file in the office of the Register a written statement of the depository showing compliance with this provision.
